Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees of any kind. Your membership fee is for one full year of unlimited access, or limited access to our members area. We take pride in researching and reviewing all new market research companies. If you are from the UK, Canada, Australia or the US, chances are we have just about every credible market research opportunity available. This database is constantly updated with the freshest market research companies and opportunities.

When do I receive my username and password?
You will receive access to the Mysurveysjob.com members area (via your given username and password) once payment is received. If you pay via Paypal your user name and password will be shown to you upon completion of payment. You can start making money minutes after your purchase.

What is my earning potential?

How do I get paid?
You will get paid via check to the address you specify for most companies, or via Paypal. You will not receive cash payments for security reasons. They will be in the form of a check or PayPal, both are simple and painless. All payments are sent in the currency of your country, ie. US dollars, Australian Dollars etc...

Are you a paid survey company? Will you send me surveys?
No, we are not a paid survey company. Our company constantly networks with businesses searching for individuals to complete market research. We provide you with a proven list of the best market research companies that you can register with( registration for this companies is always free). Based on your demographics these companies will send you surveys,and other forms of market research.

How long are the paid surveys? How long are focus groups? How much time will it take me?
Surveys on average range anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. Focus groups vary even greater. A focus group could last anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours...generally with the pay increasing the longer the company needs you! The time you spend is really not as important as how you focus your time. We have successful members spending a few hours a week, we have some that have done this for a while spending four or five hours a day. We offer the latest software, with your paid membership, that will allow you to complete these surveys up to 3 times faster.

How many paid surveys can a member participate in daily?
There is no limit . As long as you meet the requirement of the survey, you can take as many as your time permits. The number of survey invitations you receive depends upon the amount of personal information you provide to the companies you register with, and the number of companies you register with. We recommend joining at least 5 companies a day. Once you are established you are free to get rid of the companies that don't work for you.

How soon will I begin to receive surveys?
Some people start receiving surveys within couple of hours after joining. The average wait is usually a few days. Our database has more then 600 companies, the more companies you register with, the more chance of getting surveys within days. Some companies will send surveys with other methods of payment besides money at first. This is to build your credibility and trust with the company. When these companies see that you are reliable and serious about this line of work, they send more high paying market research opportunities. Do not be discouraged at first, there is an initial investment of time before the higher value opportunities come consistently.

Is this opportunity only available to US residents?
All participants are welcome, survey opportunities are NOT limited to US residents. In fact we encourage people of all ages, from all walks of life, from anywhere in the world to sign up and make money on the internet. Over half of our companies accept international members. We also provide companies which deal only with citizens of the UK, US, Canada, and Australia. The companies we offer will work with just about anyone, regardless of religion, country, or race. Most of our members are actually from outside the US. If you are from any other country besides the US, Canada, Australia, or the UK, we cannot guarantee what kind of success you will have. The opportunities you receive are directly related to the size of the countries market you live in. The US, Canada, Australia and the UK tend to have larger markets, which in turn provides more opportunities. We do have members from over 40 different countries. So we are not saying you cannot be successful if you do not live in one of these 4 countries. We have opportunities for persons of any country.

Is there any minimum age requirement?
You must be at least 18 to sign up for surveys.

What is the difference between the Unlimited Access Membership and the Trial Membership?

The only difference is the amount of companies you have access to. We always suggest signing up for the unlimited access, as this provides far more opportunities. The trial membership is also a good option if you are unsure, or just want to try it out. Currently the unlimited access members area is partially sorted by country. We are in the process of sorting out both databases and creating 2 new members areas. You will always have access to any new opportunities or companies we add, no matter what level you subscribe.

Can I upgrade the trial membership to a full membership?

Yes, just send the difference in price, $18.00, via Paypal to sales@mysurveysjob.com. It also helps to email us and let us know you would like to upgrade your membership.

How do taxes fit in with the payments I receive?

It is a little different for each country, but in general this is how it works.. There is a dollar limit that has to be met before you have to file income tax. If you meet this requirement you would be considered self-employed. When you are self employed you must deduct your taxes. The companies that do this will ask for a tax id number, or a social security number, or some kind of identification. Self employment tax breaks down into social security and medicare in the US. As far as listing employers, the employers you work with, and meet the minimum dollar amount will send you a statement of earnings you report on your taxes at the end of the year. These companies don't really "hire" you, they use you as an independent contractor, which falls under self employment. These companies use thousands of people and it would be impossible to have them all as employees. We offer a tax guide for US members in the members area.

 What if I don't receive any surveys or payment?

We offer a full refund that covers this, in the unlikely event that it happens. We will issue a full refund if you make an effort, sign up with companies, and either don't receive surveys, or don't receive payment. We do not offer refunds if you are just unhappy. We would love to, but there are too many variable that you are in control of that determine success. If you make an effort, and don't expect to make thousands in your first month, you will receive surveys and payments. We always try to discourage people who want to become millionaires from market research, this just doesn't happen. There are, however, quite a few successful people in this field. We also try to discourage people who aren't willing to put a couple hours of work into this a week. There is aa method to the madness, and it takes some time to become established. This is a legitimate way to make money, as long as you do not expect millions and are willing to work.

What Gifts Am I Eligible For, If I am From Australia, Canada, or the UK?

You are eligible for all of the gifts except the free vacation offer, and the business cards. Australian residents are not eligible for the Get Paid To Drive Program. All other gifts are not country specific. The real value is in the companies we provide. Including the Mystery Shopper Program, Market Research and Focus Groups we have over 800 companies. Collecting and reviewing this amount of companies takes some serious time. We feel this is really where the value lies. Know that we are always adding more value to your membership. When we find more opportunities, we review them and share them with our members.
